Marketing Made Simple.

B2B marketing for small and medium businesses working across English

and Spanish speaking markets.

¡Hola! I’m Gemma.

I'm Gemma Garcia Gamble - founder of Tiny Team Marketing.

For the last few years I have worked as an in-house marketer for SMEs across SaaS, recruitment, and manufacturing, working with clients in industries like pharmaceuticals, utilities and fashion.

I started Tiny Team Marketing because too many small businesses were being sold overcomplicated strategies, vague deliverables, and a lot of impressive-sounding words that never translated into results.

That's not how I work. I ask a lot of questions, get to know how your business actually operates, and then build and execute something that genuinely moves the needle - in English, Spanish or both.

Services

  • For businesses that don't have a clear plan yet or whose current one isn't working.

Good marketing starts with the right questions. Who are your best customers, really? What do they care about, and what language do they use to describe their own problems? Where do they spend their time, and what does it take to earn their attention?

I dig into your market, your competitors, and your customers to build a strategy that's grounded in how your business actually works. You'll know exactly who you're talking to, what you're saying, and why it's worth their time.

  • For businesses expanding into new markets, or already operating across both.

Every market has its own culture, pace, and unwritten rules. Whether you're an English-speaking business moving into Spanish-speaking markets or a Spanish-speaking business trying to establish yourself in English-speaking ones, the starting point is always the same: understanding how that market thinks, what it values, and how it communicates.

I work with you to figure out what that market actually needs to hear, adapt your messaging and tone so it lands the way it should, and make sure everything you put in front of that audience - your website, your emails, your sales materials - feels like it was made for them.

  • For businesses that know where they want to go but need someone to make it happen.

I turn your business goals into a clear, prioritised marketing plan - what to do, in what order, with what budget, and what success looks like at each stage.

Whether you need a full plan built from scratch or someone to take an existing direction and run with it, I'll make sure your marketing keeps moving and stays connected to the business objectives behind it.

  • Content is how you demonstrate expertise, build trust, and stay relevant to the people you want to do business with. Done well, it does a lot of the selling for you.

I write content that's built for the audience receiving it. That includes articles, case studies, email campaigns, sales materials, presentations, and any other communication your business needs to get right. Always in your voice, always for your market, always with a clear purpose behind it.

  • For businesses where the two sides of the equation aren't quite speaking the same language.

Marketing and sales should be working toward the same goal, but in most small businesses they operate in parallel - using different language, different tools, and different definitions of what a good lead looks like. That gap costs businesses more than they realise.

I connect the two sides so they reinforce each other. That means getting your messaging consistent from first marketing touchpoint to final sales conversation, making sure your CRM and marketing tools are actually talking to each other, building reporting that shows you what's working across the full journey, and helping your team understand what marketing is doing and why - so they can use it rather than work around it.

For businesses operating across English and Spanish-speaking markets this matters even more. Your sales conversations might be happening in a completely different cultural context to your marketing materials. I make sure the whole experience is coherent, from the first time someone finds you to the moment they sign.

Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Not at all. Some of my clients only operate in one language and that's completely fine. The bilingual side is there for businesses that need it, it's not a requirement.

  • I hear this a lot. The most common complaints are vague deliverables, too much jargon, and feeling like a small fish in a big agency pond. I work with a small number of clients at a time, I ask a lot of questions before I recommend anything, and I won't suggest something unless I can explain clearly why it makes sense for your business.

  • That depends on what we're working on and what you prefer. Some clients want to hand things over and check in occasionally. Others want to be more involved in the detail. I'm comfortable either way. We'll agree on how we work together at the start so there are no surprises.

  • You don't need to have the answers before we speak, that's what the initial conversation is for. Lots of the businesses I work with have never had a proper marketing setup, and that's absolutely fine. We start from where you are, not from where you think you should be.

  • That's fine. Not every engagement needs to be long-term. If you have a specific project, campaign, or problem you need help with, we can work on that and nothing more.
