Frequently Asked Questions

  • Some sessions are for thinking: working through a problem, sense-checking a strategy, making a decision you've been putting off. Others are for doing: writing LinkedIn content, finishing a sales deck, setting up your Google profile. Most end up being a bit of both. You decide how we spend the time.

  • No deck, no brief, no homework required. If you want to send something over beforehand that's always welcome, but plenty of people turn up with nothing more than a problem and leave with a plan.

  • Use one session for that and save the rest. The four sessions are yours to use within six months, however you need it. Not sure you'll need more than one? No problem at all, you can always just book a single session instead.

  • If you're a solo marketer who ever thinks “I wish I had someone to run this past”, it's for you. Still not sure? Book a free 30-minute call and we'll figure it out together.

  • You can cancel or reschedule any session free of charge, as long as you give at least 6 hours' written notice. Cancel within 6 hours of your session (or don't show up) and that session is forfeited.
